If you have been itching to dance again in sacred space, come on out Friday, February 26 at 7:00 pm! Join us for a Dance Journey at 4th Street Dance Centre in White Bear Lake, sponsored by Healing Waters of White Bear, a Source of Health and Wellness. Call them at 651-653-1660 to reserve your spot or if you need directions.
Mary Jo Lohn and her amazing staff have created a beautiful and peaceful wellness center offering a wide variety of bodywork, healing practices, coaching, yoga and wellness classes. I can personally recommend the bodywork, services and atmosphere of Healing Waters. I want to thank Mary Jo, Barb Bergman and the staff who are committed to Dance Journey. I'm very grateful for this opportunity.
The start time is 7:00 pm Friday, February 26. The dance will be held at the 4th Street Dance Centre located at 5350 Hwy. 61, Suite #8, White Bear Lake, MN 55110 (map below). There is a parking lot for you. Admission is $20. Wear loose, comfortable clothing. You may want to bring water and a towel - sweating is encouraged!

Details to know for your dance:

- Bring a bandana
and wear loose, comfortable clothing
- Bring an
intention
- Bring a friend!
- Come with a
willingness to try a new experience
- You may bring
sacred objects to place on an altar during your dance
- A journal or
drawing materials for recording journeys is helpful for many dancers
Directions: Coming from the south
out of downtown White Bear Lake on Hwy. 61, turn right on 4th Street and enter
parking lot on your left. If you miss the turn at 4th Street then continue to the light
at Buffalo Street- turn right and follow the driveway on your immediate
right around to the other end of the white building.
Directions:
Coming from the north towards downtown White Bear Lake on Hwy. 61, turn
left on Buffalo Street and follow the driveway on your immediate right
around the white building. We are located at the end of the
building facing 4th Street.
